Rory Shepherd and Ben C. Wilson, Little Red Door, Paris
Meet Rory Shepherd and Ben C. Wilson, the international and Paris-based team behind The Little Red Door.
Scottish-born Rory spent his early career managing cocktail bars and restaurants in London before moving to Paris 4 years ago. After his role as bar manager at Little Red Door, Rory went on to become the Head of Operations for the Bonomy Group.
Ben, originally from Texas, came alive on the New York bar scene before, 3 years ago, moving to Paris as Head Bartender of Lulu White, the Bonomy Group’s second venue.
On top of heading the creativity for all venues, the pair partnered to create ‘ERNEST’, a spirits & consultancy company with the ethos of collaboration & innovation.
Jeppe Nothlev Schefte, Ruby, Copenhagen
Hailing from the north of Denmark and climbing through the ranks of Ruby, Jeppe has found his way to the steering wheel.
Armed with love for the heartfelt hosting, belief of fun and admiration for flavor and seasonality Jeppe has set Ruby on a new course in its decade-surpassing history. Along the way a few trophies have been won, a book published and ultimately a lot of drinks made.
