How to Drink Empirical: Plum Paloma
Chris has developed a new Paloma recipe, this time based on The Plum, I Suppose, with a hint of mezcal.
The marzipan and floral notes of our plum kernel and marigold spirit perfectly balance the booziness of the mezcal and the sweetness of the pink grapefruit soda. Still ridiculously refreshing.

4cl The Plum, I Suppose
2cl Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
15cl Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
Lime Zest for garnish
Pour spirits over ice, add soda and stir.
Microplane lime zest as garnish
