Ingredients:

4.5cl The Plum, I Suppose
2.5cl Dry Vermouth
1cl Water
Dash of Regans Orange Bitters No.6

Method:

Combine all ingredients.
Leave it in the freezer for an hour.
Pour in your favorite martini glass.
Enjoy.

60g Orange blossoms

Method:

Add blossoms to Helena.
Infuse overnight.
Strain the next day.
