A hit of Plum stone, fresh flavors of Strawberry and Plum with a hint of vinegar. Rounded out with salty live brine​. Matt Whiley from Scout London and Sydney fell instantly in love with The Plum, I Suppose and had a lot of fun playing around with the versatile spirit. He clarified some ugly plums, made a pickled strawberry Schrub with Passionfruit, Lemon and Cinnamon and make a salted caramel utilizing the brine that’s usually thrown out. Matt made it with us once. Once this one sells out, there will be no more ES x Scout or otherwise. A percentage of the sales will be donated to Race Forward.
