Sweet, spicy, herbal and just the right amount of booziness, Leo Lahti of Tjoget in Stockholm describes Sazerazz as ideal for summer. Inspired of course by the sazerac classic, he wanted to pair the pasilla peppers in the Ayuuk with rye notes, which Lars was able to mirror by macerating purple wheat in Helena. This compliments the softness of the blueberries and flowers of fennel.

With less than one hundred bottles made, this is indeed a limited release. A percentage of the sales will be donated to Black Lives Matter.
