STONED ‘N’ SMOKY
Our friends from Native in Singapore were inspired by the flavors of their local markets to create a complex drink based on The Plum, I Suppose. We named it Stoned ‘n’ Smoky in reference to its main ingredient, the plum.
It’s a rather fresh and acidic drink with a silky mouthfeel from the candlenut. Expect strong dessert, coconut vibes from the pandan, and a surprising smoky finish coming from the smoky sour plum.
18,5% ABV.
Key Ingredients: The Plum, I Suppose, Candlenut, Pandan Leaf, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Smoky Sour Plum, Ginger, Honey, Kombucha
Tasting Notes: Overall fresh and acidic with a silky mouthfeel. Pandan-coconut flavors reminiscent of dessert. Smoky finish.
Recommended serve: Over ice.
