When we first launched in Paris over two years ago (what seems like an eternity now), the world was at a slightly better place, unaware of what was lying around the corner. A few lockdowns later, it felt like a new visit was way overdue. So we packed our suitcase with booze and headed south to the City of Light to catch up with friends. Next stop was Pantobaguette, in the north of Paris where Thomas prepared an Ayuuk Sour to the sound of vinyls playing in the background.

Ingredients

  • 4cl Ayuuk
  • 2cl cumin infused agave syrup
  • 1 egg white or aquafaba
  • 3cl verjus
  • Ice
  • Oxalis for garnish

Method

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker.
  • Dry shake until the egg white emulsifies.
  • Add ice.
  • Hard shake.
  • Strain into a coupe.
  • Garnish with oxalis.
  • Enjoy.
