Plum Club

The Clover Club is a pre-prohibition cocktail originating from Philadelphia. Here we've replaced the traditional gin by our Plum Kernel and Marigold spirit The Plum, I Suppose. The floral notes of the spirit balance the sweetness of the syrup and bring the cocktail to the next level. Complex, yet utterly drinkable.

Ingredients

  • 6cl The Plum, I Suppose
  • 2cl raspberry simple syrup
  • 1,5cl dry vermouth
  • 2cl lemon juice
  • 1cl Egg White
  • 3 fresh raspberries for garnish

Method

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker.
  • Dry shake until the egg white emulsifies.
  • Add ice and hard shake.
  • Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
